The Nevermind System enhances self-management and self-efficacy. The system is designed to assist anyone, especially those that may be suffering from one or more chronic diseases, in managing depressive symptoms through a personalised program.

Our smart sensors heart rate, breathing rate, movement and sleep. With this data we are able to provide better support for users, allowing them to manage their symptoms more effectively and enjoy a more fulfilled lifestyle.

We use data to give better results. The system measures physiological data from smart sensors and behaviour patterns from user’s lifestyle and sends the data to our secure Decision Support System. The data is analysed using machine learning algorithms to predict the risks of depressive symptoms and deliver a personalised programme that will improve user’s mood and physical condition, thereby reducing the likelihood of the onset or severity of depression.

Sleep Hygiene is a crucial tool for dealing with anxiety and depressive moods. Our smart sensor monitors the quality of your sleep and sends this data to our app. Users can track their sleep and work through guided exercises and practises to improve their overall sleep quality.

What's Up allows users to track their feelings, moods, and lifestyle with tailored questionnaires based of the data collected by the app and our smart sensor.

Activity Management is able to measure ECG, heart-rate, and sleep data more accurately and reliably than standard wearable devices such as fitness trackers and smart watches. With better data we are able to provide better support for users, allowing them to manage their symptoms more effectively and enjoy a more fulfilled lifestyle.

Food & Nutrition helps users to prepare food that is nutritious and follows a schedule. Healthy eating and scheduling promotes better mental health, can reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms whilst helping users have the energy they need to complete their day to day tasks and activities.

The Nevermind System is currently undergoing clinical trial to validated its accuracy in providing personalised intervention.

Importantly, the outcome of the Nevermind project will be evidence based and clinically tested in real-world trials. One of the key objectives of the Nevermind project is to improve clinical knowledge and self-management of depressive symptoms as comorbidity in users with severe primary diseases such as cancer, myocardial infraction, kidney failure, and leg-amputation. The work will be to identify risks of depression and highlight the causative changes induced by medical disorders.
